American Heart Association and Go Red for Women
Our company is an avid supporter of the American Heart Association and especially in the Go Red for Women movement. Did you know that cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in women in the United States? It’s time to change this fact.
It’s not just about wearing red; it’s not just about sharing heart health facts. It’s about:
- Providing women with opportunities to prioritize and take charge of their own health;
- Building communities that support and provide access to healthy choices;
- Demanding equal access to healthcare for all women and their families;
- Increasing women in STEM in upcoming generations.
Baywood Crossing Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center hosts several community events throughout the year. We love to get our neighbors involved by joining us in our celebrations.
Alzheimer’s disease is a degenerative brain disease and the most common form of dementia. Dementia is not a specific disease. It’s an overall term that describes a group of symptoms. Our company supports the fight against Alzheimer’s.
